Prompt answer, good attitude and solve my problem step by step, email after email, thank you so much for Shogun service!
Shogun has completely changed my Shopify experience, we have built attractive 'About us', 'Community' and 'Wholesale' pages that would not have been possible without it. We also have streamlined our product pages a lot. We are also in the process to completely transform the layout and customer experience of our blog.
The best thing about Shogun is that I can't stop thinking of more content and functionality to add to our store to make it look and convert better!

Great app if you aim to take your store to the next level in term of look and feel. I have tried different Pages Builders (in fact I tried the top 10 recommended from search engines) and I settled for Shogun as it has the right blend of usability for non-tech-savvy person and yet powerful results.
I was taken to school this morning (literally) by Justine (a Shogun's rep), she patiently taught me how to best take advantage of some of the Shogun App tips and tricks.
Now, here I go improving my Shopify store theme!!!

This app has pretty much saved me in updating my company's website. I did come across an issue and contacted Shogun. I immediately received a response as well as an update email a little later. The support team is amazing! The issue wasn't even a Shogun in the first place and they still followed me through to the end to make sure everything was good!
Shogun is killer. Lots of control. Great tool. Highly recommended for any store that wants a good look.
I use this app to create my bispoke vision. I'm a man with zero coding skills but know how to be resourceful when tools are In place. I can safely say they provide a great basis of tools and seek to grow (also premium email support is really fast and accurate)

I had issues with the frontpage not showing correctly frontend but worked significantly backend. Mara was quick to reach out and solved the issue for me.

So far so good. Actually loving it. Fantastic customer service. I hope that remains. We will see. But perfect score so far. ooops... there is no way to create Pop-Ups (lightboxes) for our videos. Unfortunately, this will not work for us. Had to bring it down one star

Easy to use, great customer service. This app-enabled us to improve my website 100 fold in every way.
I don't know how anyone can give this app less than 5 stars. If there were 20, I'd give it. Shogun Page Builder has cut my coding time in half and has allowed me to create quality content faster than ever for our web store. The pricing and customer service is worth it too. Very user-friendly.
