We were experiencing an issue on our on of our pages. Images were spanning beyond the width of the page. Reached out to Shogun support and they fixed it within 5 minutes! Awesome support! This was the only issue I have come across thus far.

I would recommend a page for everyone who is looking for an easy grab-and-drop builder for your website. Also the support is amazing and Sweetan replied to all my queries really quickly and helped me get the most of the app!

I am so grateful for the help that I received to reconfigure images on a landing page. Leah was incredibly knowledgeable and quick to address the issue. She even recorded a video explaining how to fix the issue. I am extremely happy with the support!

I submitted several tickets and always got prompt responses from their team. Alex and Reese have been especially helpful and even took time to demonstrate things over a zoom call. I had all of my questions answered and they even took the time to show me something upcoming that I am particularly interested in. I love the app and plan to be using it for a long time.
