As a new and small business owner, building a website from scratch is a whole new challenge! We began using Shogun and everything was straight forward and seamless. However, regarding the more complicated elements involving integrations and ensuring every element works, it can get complicated and hard to understand. I had some trouble adding in a particular element and to get it to display on my website. Coming closer to our launch date means we have a lot of work to do and also perfect every element as well! I was stressing last night and the live customer support chat came to the rescue. I was assisted by Sweetan who was tentative, understanding and came along with adept investigation skills. Sweetan efficiently diagnosed the problem and provided a structured step by step guide for me to solve the problem. Sweetan also provided some root cause analysis on why the errors were occuring and it also enhanced my understanding of the Shogun tool which is good to know in the future. I am very pleased with Shogun's customer service, especially Sweetan! Thank you so much! People like yourself help make a difference to small ecommerce business owners. I highly recommend this app as it is a huge lifesaver for a small startup like ours when you don't have the budget to hire an engineer. Shogun makes everything extremely easy. Staff are friendly and helpful if you do get stuck.

I started using Shogun over a month ago, can't praise the product high enough. Additionally, the team and the support they offer is second to none. If you're looking for a landing page builder I highly recommend.

I just started using Shogun ...easy to understand and very intuitiv to use. Contacted service one time ...immidiate resonse ...I like it!

It is an excellent product, only a bit pricey for me right now, because I'm not using to edit many details for the moment. It would be great to offer a lower subscription for just editing headings on the product page.

This app does what it says and does it really well. The support staff is really helpful as well. I recently had a problem that turned out being a conflict from my theme's css and not shogun, Lynsey from support immediately found the problem, dropped in a fix, and explained what she did. Would highly recommend for getting around the limitations of your theme.
