They double charged me, last November I uninstalled and they still charged me. My store was deactivated because of multiple reasons. I just paid my bill to reactivate and of course they charged me again without even being installed. BEWARE!!!!

It looks like there seems to be some misunderstanding here about how the app charges work.
I see I was already in touch with you to understand these charges so I could help you further. While I did explain why you noticed these charges, I wanted to share the information here as well.
The app charges work based on the store's billing cycles in Shopify. If the app is installed, the monthly charges continue to work as usual based on the subscription plan that is active on the account. We always recommend our users to uninstall the app if the app is not required. This helps to ensure you are not charged further.
This is also true when you close or pause your store with Shopify. The store was closed on December 9, 2022 without our app being uninstalled, then reopened on August 3, 2023. When the store reopened, the subscription charges were unfrozen. The app was correctly uninstalled on August 3, 2023. This means any pending charge would be processed when the store is reopened.
However, I reached out via email to discuss and learn more about the charges in question so we could help you with them.

Easily the best Shopify app I've installed all year! So easy to drag and drop and create landing pages. Imports of existing pages could be better but understandable that it may not translate well.
This app has to be hands down the best apps you can add to your store. We use this app for all kinds of landing pages on our website and it allows you to add such a unique look to your site. You can really create anything you want with this app.
If you're on the fence, just pull the trigger. Shopify doesn't have a built-in way to make drag and drop pages and this really fills the gap... I'm actually surprised that Shopify doesn't just make this app a proprietary part of their system because it is SO useful.
The only caveat I have found is that if you want to use this to make custom product pages, it duplicates the product page which can lead to some logistical nightmares in the backend. So we don't use it for that, although we'd like to. It just makes things too complex for our customer services teams (we're a larger store) and if you make a mistake when saving the original Shopify product then the content you make with the app can disappear until you save the page on Shogun again after updating the Shopify page. This happens to us a bunch as we update inventory, pricing, SKUs, etc.
But this doesn't make it lose a star because it is so damn useful for all other pages. I'd be lost without this app!
Great app to design pages! Not as intuitive at first but the tutorial videos are short and super helpful when getting started. Lots of options to customise pages that other apps are missing. Great customer service! I have worked with several landing page builder apps and this is by far the best one!

Among the most feature-complete page builders out there, and the most versatile I have used.
There are limitations and quirks, but the support team is excellent and always responds quickly and helps however they can.
