I had a very odd issue with my site as I was building pages, and I was very concerned that all my work was going to be unusable. I contacted support and Lynsey was absolutely amazing, fixing the issue within 4 business days, and informing me of why it went wrong and what the process was to fix it. Shogun Page Builder
I purchased a Shogun plan to create sections to supplement my Shopify theme. I'm new to Shopify and Shogun. Their online support is superb. Someone named Rhys worked with me for half-an-hour, showing me how to create the masonry grid I was looking for. Great app, great service.

have been testing for a few days and honestly, i dont see how i can go back. it does what i wish shopify did out of box! (allows for inuitive and gorgeous page building, including individual blog pages). templates are awesome. tutorials, too. its quite easy to use, and support has been helpful, thorough and friendly. thumbs up! (it gets a bit pricey, so just wish these features were native to shopify! hope shopify reads this..)

Super app! Ça rajoute tout ce qui manque au layout très restreint de Shopify. En plus ils font des updates et tout l'interface est vraiment user friendly. Je la recommande fortement.

After some initial struggles trying to learn how to properly use their platform, I published my first page and am so happy with how it turned out. I have to hand it to Shogun's support team. Colby made himself available to me via email and quickly answered all of my functionality questions and provided video examples made just for me that were very easy to follow.
