Great app and the support team are out of this world!!
Right, I see I am not the only one that has been hoodwinked by this "free" plan option. To further compound to the mysery of this, I am also being charged a 2nd month re-occuring, despite not even using the app? Could you please get in touch and sort this on your end coz it's just embarrsing for you guys...

While I apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused, I wanted to let you know that my colleague reached out to you via email to explain this further.
It looks like your account started a 10-day trial for our Build plan. This was started on May 2nd. You upgraded from the Free plan to a trial of the paid Build plan at that time.
The Free plan and paid plans work differently.
After the 10-day free trial is activated, if the app is not uninstalled (considering you won't be using the app), the app must be uninstalled by the end of the 10-day trial period to avoid recurring monthly charges for paid app subscriptions.
However, since the app was not uninstalled until June 15, those recurring charges from Shopify occurred.
My team has shared further information in the email and they also tried to reach out to you via phone but were not able to connect with you.

I am relatively new to this app. So far so good! The only thing I don't like is that I have to login to the app in order for my chat status to show "online."
Amazed at the quality of service here. I wrote in with a simple question and not only did they answer it - support identified a number of issues with my page that I didn't recognise, made videos showing me how to fix it, and also 'saved' the fixes so I could easily access and implement them myself. Very happy with the service and the customisability is much higher than Zipify.

Such a tremendous interface and very powerful. Great work. Support is also brilliant.
This app allowed our less skilled team members the ability to easily build custom landing pages and we received quick support responses when we needed them.
I used this app to create a simple landing page and found it very easy to use but was also incredibly happy with the speed and info provided when i contact support for help. Gives me great confidence to explore more of shoguns capabilities.
