Recently I had a problem and needed to contact the support team. I filed an incidence and got an answer in minutes, from there as soon as I was asking I was getting clear, helpful, and quick answers! Easy to build landing pages. Great app, recommend. Also support was very helpful on solving our problem with collections widget.
Really easy to use and absolutely amazing customer support on live chat. I'd really recommend this to anyone who would like to improve the look of their Shopify pages and make them way better at converting. UPDATE - 16th April 2021. Still using Shogun a year later and don't have a bad word to say about the product. There is definitely always something new to learn but the customer support is just second to none, really helpful, quick, friendly - I've dealt with Rhys on a few occasions recently and he's been great. Highly recommend.

Shogun is like having the power of the gods for website building. I am a designer and I no longer have to be at the mercy of programmers!! FREEDOM. Plus taking out the programmer element lets me think more creatively for designing sites. I did have a learning curve, but support and the FAQ on Shogun are both great. Colby helped me on the back end on this last time. Totally worth the price. I've spent thousands on programmers and this is much better.

Initially, there was a specific, minor functionality I needed that was not available in Shogun. So I installed EVERY other shopify page builder onto my site to test them all. None of them even come close to Shogun, and after posting a support ticket Shogun support solved my problem within hours and explained how I could achieve what I was looking for. This is simply the best page builder app available on Shopify, by a long shot.
I'm using Shogun to help me add additional features to my website. The customer support team has been tremendous. In addition to helping me understand things better, they have been proactive in anticipating my requirements.
