We were experiencing an issue on our on of our pages. Images were spanning beyond the width of the page. Reached out to Shogun support and they fixed it within 5 minutes! Awesome support! This was the only issue I have come across thus far.

This is an incredible app for several reasons.
1. The easiest to use that I've tried, drag and drop page builder. I've tried, pagefly and whatever else and it's no comparison.
2. The price is awesome for small business. The tech stack you need adds up and these guys get it.
3. The support is next level. All the members are good but I have to mention Andre by name. He went back and forth with me by email over the span of 4 hours and turned my sales page from blah to DAMN. I love this app.

Without "Shogun", the page would no longer be possible. It is a very useful application.
When I renewed the design theme, there was a problem with it, but they were able to fix it right away.
I was expecting it to take a long time to fix the problem since I was inquiring by email from Japan, but the problem was solved in a few minutes.

Shogun Page Builder
From the standpoint of a developed business with hundreds of pages and 3 stores, Shogun is great. We can build pages and tailor them to any device and sync pages across all of our stores. Before this I was hand coding front end stuff with CSS and HTML which is a grueling and cumbersome task in comparison.
Support is fast and helpful, though we rarely need it.
There is only 1 bug that remains to be fixed since I started using it a year ago, but I consider it a nuance of a very robust backend/ behind-the-scenes system.
Also, the "equalize column heights" feature has always been a bit buggy and sometimes stretches your page into infiniti, and as you scroll to try and catch up the problem worsens, not unlike a dog chasing its tail, if the dog's body kept stretching at a function of the speed at which he is chasing it.
