There was no reply on 3 requests sent to Support, hence - there is no support. After installing the app, I got the message "Our AI has come up with a plan for solving your task, but we need a human to look at it first before it gets executed. This typically takes a few hours. You will be notified by email when the task is complete."
I have been awaiting any progress for over a week, but nothing's happening, so I can say that the App is helpful. As a next step, I would contact Shopify support and request the payment for the subscription to be returned back to my account.
