Using ShopClerk we've been able to stay ahead of shipment issues which has been very beneficial to our team. Being able to contact the buyer ahead of a potential delay has generated positive feedback and been very helpful to both us and the customer.
Because I run a physical store that has an online one, I’m not in front of the computer all the time. ShopClerk lets me quickly see where all of my packages are and if any have had problems. That way, I can be working in my store and not worry that I’ll miss anything.
As an early adopter of this app it was important that we got the support we needed to properly integrate ShopClerk into our Shopify store. Thankfully, a representative was there to help, every step of the way.
Now, having used the app for over 60-days, we're happy to say that support has been consistent and performance has been excellent, it does what it says it does.
