Their customer service is outstanding!!! They reached out to me and helped with my setup so that I would get the best look and feel for my theme.
It looks great on mobile which is what Im learning is 90% of all my traffic.
The best part of it is that I am getting traffic and sales for the first time from Instagram after being open for 2 months.
Highly recommend Showcase. This is the first review I ever do but I felt I just had to let everyone know about how awesome they are.

Fantastic! I was looking for a way to make it easier for my customers to shop the products they see on my instagram account, and showcase was so easy to use! Not to mention they noticed one of my widgets was broken on my homepage and offered to fix it for me before I even noticed. They pretty much set everything up for me over chat, and catered it to my needs!

I love this app. Our customers' Instagram photos are extremely important to our business, and Showcase makes perfect use of this content. It's especially cool how the app automatically displays the relevant photos for each individual product. Plus, James is super helpful if you have any questions/problems.

Really, really love this app. We especially like the way the app lets you start small yet provides you with soooo many new and innovative ways and tools to grow an Instagram following and profit from Instagram. The customer service is amazing.

NOT recommended, it changed the IG layout (right to lift) really weird and so far I couldn't fix this issue. NOT HAPPY AT ALL :(

We tried reaching out via email but you never responded. As mentioned in the email, Showcase is an app that installs in your Shopify store. When you install Showcase to your Shopify store, it cannot change the way your Galaxy Note 9 renders the Instagram mobile app. Showcase only reads data from the Instagram API -- it cannot be installed on your mobile phone or cause you to need to get a new phone.
The pro version is the better option
Nothing about this app worked for us and the customer services was less than helpful. Over the course of two weeks, we received numerous "Meta Code 429" errors from the app. Initially, customer service blamed us for making "too many attempts" at creating our first gallery. In reality, we tried about 5-6 times, but the error count in the app was saying it was over 220!
It was only later that their customer service accidentally let it be known that it was in fact their app that was making too many behind the scenes requests and therefore we needed to wait until their app was done making it's own requests before we could set-up our FIRST gallery.
Fast forward two weeks later and it still doesn't work.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP!
Their customer service team will either blame you for the issue or lie about the truth of problem.
We apologize about the inconvenience and understand your frustrations. As mentioned in our support chats, the 429 meta code error is coming from Instagram not our app and is due to the size of your Instagram account which has over 45,000 posts.
This issue has been resolved in the new app release, as well as other performance enhancements and upgrades. Again, we apologize about the less than stellar onboarding and wish you the best.
