Support team is super fast and the product delivers exactly what we needed : a user friendly way for brand browsing and showcase.
We are dissatisfied with the functionality of this application due to its code causing interference with other page elements. Additionally, we find it problematic that there is no capability to guide customers directly to brand collections. Instead, the application redirects customers to search query landing pages, such as /collections/vendors?q=Brand&sort_by=best-selling. Despite our requests, the developer has not shown a willingness to address this issue promptly and effectively. Therefore, based on these concerns, we cannot recommend the use of this application. [UPDATE] The app developer is entitled to their opinion, but they are not entitled to their own facts.
You have used our application for a long time free of charge and requesting new features to be developed for your store for free, overnight is simply not fair. We have gone out of our way to help you in the past quite a few times and revenge 1* reviewing our app is completely unreasonable and unfair.
That said, you have a right to your opinion and we respect it.

The best App out there to sort your vendors in your marketplace! The support from Kaleido is just great: fast, friendly and awesome! They customize everything for you, just ask!
Love this app, very simple to use and has a nice set of options to customize. Will definitely add to our other stores! Also, Milan is always helpful and responsive if we need anything from his side in this app or the others.
