Scout CRM (Shop Phone)

It quit working. There is no support option. The PIN system is a problem, and we cannot disable it. That means, every 30 days, one must reauthenticate to use the APP. I got it to work partially. No alerts were coming out. I attempted to update the App for our sole sales staff, but it wouldn't accept the phone number. I tried the 833 number for support - I got a buzzing sound. I tried to schedule a call, but the Calendly link does not work. When working with not all the bugs, it would be great. I think the developer quit fixing issues on it.

Hello! I love this app!! Literally what I was looking for :D It sends alerts to your phone whenever a customer abandons their checkout. It's the only app that has this function!

Was great but now is horrible I am deleting it!! Zero help contacting them unlike before when I started using it. It has stopped working completely now.

We would give Scout a zillion stars if we could. Best app ever! Love the personalization features + how much our team is able to do with Scout. Thanks for creating such a useful app!. :)

So amazing that we get to reach out to our abandoned cart customers directly on call! It's given our recovery rate a massive bump! Another great thing about Shop Phone is the constant reminders we get to thank our loyal customers.

It's a very effective app, and they keep improving it! The timing (of abandoned carts) should improve though, but I still give it 5 stars because there's no other app I've found yet that's this fast in informing me of orders.

Scout is a great app for getting direct feedback in real-time about customers who have left their cart. Instead of finding out hours or days later, Scount allows you to contact the customer just as they move from the page

This app helps you to get a notification on abandoned cart straight the way. So helpful. They are always willing to help with anything you may have. I would 100% recommend them. TOP stars.

Scout has been helpful at many instances to recover abandoned customers instantly. We could recover 50% of our abandoned carts with Scout and would recommend to anyone who uses Shopify.
