Scout CRM (Shop Phone)

I was very happy with the app until 2 weeks ago when the mobile stopped working :( Can someone reach out to me to help me out with that ?

If you own a Shopify store, and don't use Scout, I guarantee you 100% you are losing sales. Get it while it's FREE!

This should be a paid app, and I would gladly Pay for it, because Ahmad is a genius man who created a genuis sales recovery app.

It really annoying the emails get sent from your iphone mailbox so in my case it was my personal email which is something I certainly did not want to do.

I am noticing on my dashboard that I have abandoned carts yet Im not receiving a notification message from Scout???

Just started working with it and I like it already because it reminds me right away to touch base with customer.
I would give it 5 but I haven't worked with it long enough.

Installed for about a month, it never worked (and I have tons of abandoned carts from the analytics)

Can't get the app to work.
Sometimes it sends the msg and sometimes it does not.

Its really helpful, thanks for the app, here in Chile theres a lot of people happy :) I recovery a lot of abandoned checkouts, I totally recommend

This App does not send messages or emails automatically, it only informs via Facebook messenger the abandoned carts in the store and gives suggestions of what YOU must do ... for me not solve for nothing!!!
