I was very happy with the app until 2 weeks ago when the mobile stopped working :( Can someone reach out to me to help me out with that ?

It quit working. There is no support option. The PIN system is a problem, and we cannot disable it. That means, every 30 days, one must reauthenticate to use the APP. I got it to work partially. No alerts were coming out. I attempted to update the App for our sole sales staff, but it wouldn't accept the phone number. I tried the 833 number for support - I got a buzzing sound. I tried to schedule a call, but the Calendly link does not work. When working with not all the bugs, it would be great. I think the developer quit fixing issues on it.

Hello! I love this app!! Literally what I was looking for :D It sends alerts to your phone whenever a customer abandons their checkout. It's the only app that has this function!

Was great but now is horrible I am deleting it!! Zero help contacting them unlike before when I started using it. It has stopped working completely now.

This app is really helpful since in my country most people use Whatsapp for everything; so it is a solution to get near (and in an efficiente way) to my customers

Brilliant app, been using it daily for months now. I love the alerts. It's helping me stay on top of important events with my customers. Can't live without it now!

This is a useful app and is seamless in its integration. I like how simple their apps are compared to some other apps which have too much going on! Thanks guys! Ted

Just started working with it and I like it already because it reminds me right away to touch base with customer.
I would give it 5 but I haven't worked with it long enough.

Great app notifies me when I have an abandoned cart and reminds me to call that customer! What a great idea - I never thought to call abandoned cart customers.

Hi Folks, you may install this application even without thinking. Best for abandoned cart recovery.
