I can't say enough good things about this app! Its helped recovered AT LEAST $10,000 in sales. We contact and it's so easy to close sales over the phone! Also, Ahmad is super helpful. Can't recommend this enough! Thank you guys!

Probably the best App on Shopify! Virtually have success securing the sale each time that I am notified of a would be customers abandoning their cart. Highly recommended.

Very useful app, and a must have for any merchant. The almost realtime alerts of Abandoned check outs have been a life saver in the couple of instances where there was actually technical reasons for customers not being able to checkout, this benefit alone has seen us save our store from a couple of major issues, and ultimately saved us a lot of money.

The dev support is fantastic and Ahmad is always there to help us with any questions and also offers a lot of beneficial tips with his apps. It's great to have Devs and apps that actually want to see you succeed.

This is a fantastic app! I use it mainly for alerts for abandoned checkouts as Shopify does not offer this feature. My store sells high value items and with the alert from this app I am able to call my customers shortly after they have abandoned a checkout which greatly improves conversions. The customer service is incredible! Ahmad even offered a free marketing consultation for my website and provided a lot of great insight.

WOW!! What a great app, if you don't have it you are losing money. This app will let you know when a customer that wants to buy, but left before buying. You can call them and close the deal. Don't just think about it, get it now and stop looking customers.

Real time notifications for abandoned carts and sales, with totally customisable follow up options lets you give your customers the service they deserve. Has certainly helped me increase my conversion on abandoned carts and steps up my customer experience. Can't recommend Scout highly enough!
