To be honest, I have used scout from day one and it’s been one of the most useful apps I have ever downloaded/ added to my store. I am extremely excited to see where this new apps takes us and how it can help us grow.

Great app notifies me when I have an abandoned cart and reminds me to call that customer! What a great idea - I never thought to call abandoned cart customers.

Pretty good so far. Instantly notifies me of an abandoned cart (I tested this by abandoning a cart myself) and suggests what to say to recover the sale.

Really nice up. Completely different mindset to get that sale recovered.

Scout gives you tons of information regarding abandoned checkouts and how to convert them into sales. The developer is extremely helpful. His customer service is above and beyond anybody we've used in the past....and this app is FREE!

Taking action as soon as a checkout is abandoned is the key to converting. Scout gives you the opportunity to do that!
Plus, you get very professional scripts for calling or emailing the customer... so that helps with stage fright!!!

This app actually works! Can't believe I wasn't using this app earlier.

The app is great. However, unfortunately the delay kills the idea of instant nofications and affects the efficiency of your messages. With me the delay is over 4 hours sometimes.

But I still recommend it.
