WOW!! What a great app, if you don't have it you are losing money. This app will let you know when a customer that wants to buy, but left before buying. You can call them and close the deal. Don't just think about it, get it now and stop looking customers.

I think this is a good app and it works well!
Its been helping me to get some sales which i would have missed before!

The only thing that could get improved is the connection to using whatsapp on the computer.
Connection to the phone works fine though

Scout is a great app for getting direct feedback in real-time about customers who have left their cart. Instead of finding out hours or days later, Scount allows you to contact the customer just as they move from the page

I have had this store open for less than a month and scout has already helped me recover a sale for $1200. I contacted the customer via text and he told me what his issue was. I immediately resolved it and closed the deal. He was also looking for the same product on other sites at the time.

Have a small shopify site, and managed to recover 2 abandoned carts with the help out scout! using the chat bot, you can ask for today's list of abandoned carts, or view up to the past 30 days.

It gives you the option of contacting the customer who abandoned the cart, provided that they put the information in their cart textboxes!

you can choose the option to contact them by email or number, the email is prefilled which you can edit but you need to send it out yourself!

This App has been great. I thought It would be help boost sales and it did! Scout made it easy to personally contact every abandon cart. We boosted sales in a big way (by over 30%) within in the first few days of using Scout. With real personal interactions we were able to convert every person that responded to our calls and texts. (our over-all abandon cart recovery is now at about 70%)

Communicating 1 on 1 with potential customers also gave us super good insight into questions and concerns that customers had about our products that would have otherwise held them back from making that first purchase.

Just started working with it and I like it already because it reminds me right away to touch base with customer.
I would give it 5 but I haven't worked with it long enough.
