Unfortunately - This app is no longer working and there is no support. Hundreds of pieces of content that have link created by this app no longer work. It's an absolute nightmare. We've contacted support, no answer. We have no choice but to uninstall.

I love love love this app. I wish I could give it 100 stars. I had been using bit.ly and had no idea something like this existed. It was so easy to do and the custom links are perfect for what I need. Had a small issue with re-directing and the customer service was just the best. They went above and beyond to help me out quickly and I'm so appreciative. I was mainly using it for referral links that are so long and by customizing and shortening them, it made all the difference in the world and so much more user friendly. If you are considering this app it is well worth the try.

Woefully the app malfunctioned to track sales through link that we created with it. I won't be using this app again but hopefully they will improve it. Also there is no instant customer support available.

The worst app we ever installed. Nothing works properly! If you create a short link, it will not take you to website automatically. App does shorten URLS but, it fails track the orders of each URL accurately. Even it is not working with test orders. Not recommended at all.

"I installed the app today, and wanted to get the premium feature right away and paid for that as well, but the app did not let me to choose the premium settings, and kept asking me that I need to pay for the app. What a waste. So I ended up using another service. If your app would have worked from the start, I would have stayed as a paying customer. Now I have paid for the service which I wasn't able to use. Scammers? Do not waste your time with this app, you will find better solutions."

This app uses an external URL owned by this company to redirect into your own store, not only does that make your link appear more spammy than a messy URL, many AVC security suites will block this type of redirect.
Do not recommend unless you have a very specific needs that would be solved by an external URL redirect.

Our app, Z Short URL - Link Shortener, operates differently than you've described. It doesn't use an external URL for redirection, but rather, it employs the store's own domain for shortening URLs. This ensures the brand's integrity remains intact and links appear clean, concise, and less "spammy".
Regarding AVC security suites, since the shortened URLs are within the same domain, they shouldn't be blocked or considered suspicious. We put a strong emphasis on security and comply with all necessary standards to ensure the best experience for our users.
