Shop's advertising tools have very little flexibility. You would think that a large company like Shopify would have more robust ad options. We can't even create campaigns by product categories.
The Shop App shipping notification and data is very inaccurate.
they take money from your original sales with free shipping and BS taxes. not worth it
It shows out of stock for some products but in stock on my store
Cannot adjust logo size
NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MANUAL PAYMENTS
Shop Pay will totally hijack your checkout and prevent customers from seeing manual payment options unless they happen to notice and click a tiny "check out as guest" link. Utterly bad UX!
My business clients need to see "Purchase Order" front and center.
I would put 5 stars since it's very simple and free app but the crucial setting is absent: automatic publish all products to the Shop. Such an obvious feature but no...
This app is great with exception of Shop Advertising campaigns, they offer campaigns base on the sale with a ROI that you select but it is a lie , as i just had a sale for $470 and they charge me $360 for advertising charges and my ROI was 2.5 . So $360 is not an ROI of 2.5 .They anwser that in the small letters the ROI is not guarantee and they will charge you what they want and if you cancel the sale they will also charge me the $360.
cant change the settings and the customize feature looks different then actual app id love for someone to reach out to me and i will change my review
A very slick channel, easy to edit, customers enjoy using it and the ease of checking out.
Unfortunately if you use, say infinite options because your catalogue is super wide rather than deep, and the ridiculous 100 variant cap is quickly met, shop will not work. and of course to upset customers who didn't get what they thought that might, it's all merchants fault according to shopify.
As soon as shopify gives all it's merchants the options of making more than 100 veriants I'll launch shop again. until then, they'll just keep shooting themselves in the feet thinking all stores sell 3 variants of stuff.
