Decent app. However, as a seller I'd like notifications when customers review products, as it is currently I have to keep checking it. Maybe I'm missing something? Good app though overall
Hey there! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. You can use the Shopify Flow app (https://shopify.link/mB8l) to create a workflow that will notify you whenever you receive a review. Feel free to refer to this guide (https://shopify.link/6kox) to create a workflow. You can select "Shop Review Published" as the trigger and "Send internal email" as the action. Honestly it's one of the best things storeowners could ask for.
Allows customers to browse your entire catalogue and leave reviews at ease which has helped me a lot.
Learning the app, but so far, good. I got 40 followers on here and I've only been using it for a couple of weeks. So Im going to study the app a little more intentionally.
I would recommend this app to others my first sales came through here.
this app would be 5 stars if the reviews were integrated with our Shopify website product reviews. otherwise I am happy with the amount of reviews this generates!
