We've had to refund some customers who were surprised to find that what they thought was just in their cart was converted into an order, and the product arrived at their door when they did not intend to purchase it. Some customers have found it very spooky that their payment info is synced across other Shopify stores and the app. Customizations are generally very limited from a merchant's perspective. Otherwise, we are seeing a great bump in sales from it!

This would be a 5 star rating but until they import the vendor name (brand name) from the product. This is a KEY missing bit of information that NEEDS to be included asap. Shopify support was empathetic and submitted a ticket to the Shop App devs, will update this *if* it is ever added...

Easy to use, limited on styling - could do with the ability to change the bg colour instead of it taking it from the main image. allows yoiu to keep it on brand.

Easy to use and well organized app. I have just started my store and made my first sale. The experience is smooth and promising. I recommend it for beginners.

Be cautious; while they claim it's Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), they will charge you for each conversion, even from existing customers. This isn't clearly stated.

Works great when they actually allow you to be online. But they’re stringent process of you having a .9% chargeback rate or less is very difficult to contend with when you have customers who will charge back five minutes after they made an order because they have buyers remorse or whatever. And then you get penalized.

The fact that we can't remove individual products from Shop is what makes me remove this app. There are some products that I need to be exclusive to my Shopify store, but there is no way to control that with the Shop app.

The only thing I would change is the messaging feature, I get a lot of spam email and I wish it was filtered better.
