I like this app overall. However, it could do better with product delivery dates and card messages. It doesn't provide the necessary fields during the purchase to allow customers to pick delivery dates (for flowers/plants) nor does it offer a field to insert a message for a delivery or a card to accompany the delivery. Because of this glitch, we regularly have to call the customer to get card messages and delivery dates.
Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave your review here with us. At this stage, any customizations to the product, cart or checkout page on your online store, in particular via a third-party app, may not appear on the Shop app.
I understand that this isn't ideal, especially for businesses that rely heavily on these customizations in order to complete their customer orders. I am very new to this app. So I do not have a lot of feedback as yet. For me it was relatively easy to install. I found the instructions OK to follow and it did not take a long time to complete. #JewelrybySandeGene

There are genuine customers on the Shop app.
Sor far so good,, had a couple orders.. Can't wait to get more. I like how easy it was to get the orders and get paid.
so far so good. Just started using this platform and already have a sale. Bit of an issue transferring from ebay due to categories. Same issue transferring to FB shops. Still has ways to work around but will take some time
404 error for us as well. Not sure whats going on. We've used this app as a consumer for a long time, and we'd love to add it to our store. UPDATE:
Went to our main page under Shop Channels and found that Shop app was installed. It shows the 404 error upon clicking to install, but it did install for us.
