We have heard great responses from the customers on the Shop app. As a merchant, it is nice to have the additional channel.

Shop Channel has worked well for our store so far. Having the Shopify Protect is a nice feature on shop pay orders. We sell high end products and chargebacks can be devastating to a small business. I'm giving 5 stars just for that feature alone. Well worth it.

It was all good at first, I had to deactivate the shop to make some changes and now that I activated it again the app is showing this message " Your store needs to be on an active Basic Shopify plan or higher. "

I am active again already since yesterday and its still showing. I Need to speak to somebody about it.

Again, its amazing when its working.

404 error for us as well. Not sure whats going on. We've used this app as a consumer for a long time, and we'd love to add it to our store. UPDATE:
Went to our main page under Shop Channels and found that Shop app was installed. It shows the 404 error upon clicking to install, but it did install for us.
