Unfortunately, the Shop app/channel does not deal with shipping options properly. We offer a local pickup option. For some reason, despite customers in our pickup region selecting physical shipping, the Shop app is defaulting to local pickup causing customer service escalations and lost sales (when we have to follow up to cover shipping costs if under free shipping). Allowed us to customise the SHOP navigation menu once and now we can't update again. Any edits made to the channel can't deploy as the SAVE button is permanently greyed out. A great concept but doesn't allow for enough control and customisation so never reaches its full potential for us.

It's fast to sync which is awesome but the price will use "compare at price" aka retail pricing instead of your actual price... this basically defeats any value from this connector if you're using Compare At Price.

There is no customization when it comes to customers leaving reviews on the shop app. You can't customize the email request sent to customers on your behalf asking for a review, you also can't even see what it looks like. You also don't receive any notification when a customer leaves a review on your shop. The review is also automatically published on your shop without you being notified. You ...

We are linked to synclogic and pay monthly for that, one of the Wholesale companies we are linked to uploaded a product that was deemed as branded content and we have been penalized, the products are automatically uploaded to our site and can be uploaded at anytime even if we delete it, I feel that they should penalize the wholesaler on Synclogic but we got the short end of the stick.
