Be cautious using this app. I was billed for a campaign I never turned on or approved. They turned it on without my permission. I recommend watching your ad activity and charges very closely. I'm very hurt and upset!
BE CAREFUL!!! There's a reason it is nearly impossible to contact a real person.... I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED FOR AN ACCOUNT I DID NOT START AND WHEN CONTACTING HELP WAS TOLD THEY WOULD DO NOTHING TO HELP ME AND THERE POLICY IS NO REFUNDS.
Double charging customers in a app that i didnt even want and was opted into by Shopify.
This APP causes more issues than it is worth. EVERY TIME I fulfil an order (in the UK) SHOP sends my customer a DHL (USA) tracking number to my customer causing so much confusion. The are no settings to prevent this and ZERO support. It's just simply awful.
To bad they double dip into your profits. They allow whatever retailer who is selling your product to be relisted on your own website for a higher price that they markup and you have to pay more fees. Also there is no way to prevent this except no using the app. Someone didn't think this through!!!
1) If you click you're having a bad experience with Shop App, it just spins and spins and never takes you anywhere. If you click you're having a good experience, the link to leave a review here opens up immediately.
2) If you have a customer who pays with Shop App and Shop Pay on installment, now Shopify keeps charging the customer monthly installments even after you've put in the cancel the order and refund the customer's money back.
That's very bad.
how is it that we get charged a $15 when you post my merchandise on your Shop app and they try to purchase with a stolen card???
limited flexibilty, no real cutomization, no way to "own" the relationship with the customer. there app is more of a gereral marketplce we are steering customers away from it
Charged without justification and inquired numerous times without explanation. Requested invoice or proof of bill and was never provided. We had to block their attempts to withdrawal from our bank. Requested numerous times to provide account information for the Affirm gateway and no information could be given even though an account was set up in our name meanwhile charges were being accumulated. Help has never been forthcoming and all we have received is the runaround. Our Shop sales channel is suspended and when we finally just gave up and agreed to pay the debt, we still have no information about, they will not collect the payment. HORRIBLE accountability resulting in lost revenue with no hope to rectify the matter. Getting to the point of seeking legal advice in hopes of finally getting access to "our" Affirm account and maybe some form of an invoice. We have been dealing with this for well over a year to no avail.
