Shop

Shop has been a helpful addition to our Shopify store as we continue building Bess Covenant Publishing. The setup process has been straightforward, and I appreciate having another way for customers to discover our books and connect with our publishing ministry. I’m looking forward to using more of its features as our store grows.

This app is great because I experienced sales upon implementation but I consider it very expensive for a beginner like me. I am now hurting with the cost but happy with the sales generated to date. Thank God for his help towards me with this venture. Thanks to Shopify and all my supporters as well.

Hi Everyone The Shop app was easy to set up, and my products connected successfully. My store is live with 143 products. I have not received any sales through Shop yet, but I hope it will help more customers discover my store. Best Regards

I have experienced a few hiccups in the past with this app, but overall my experience has been good. The app has improved a lot since the time I first started using it. It looks and feel more modern now, and now I really enjoy working with it. I recommend it!

Well at first it was fine. Then i had a scammer do a charge back on me and from what i understand the banks don't investigate they just award the money to the scammer (fake customer). I was locked out of Shop because of it for several months. Now its back. I'm not sure how it works because Shop doesn't bring customers but I assume its good to have.

Very good for sellers but the design capabilities aren't quite as flexible as Wix...but the tradeoff being it's much more adaptable for selling on different platforms, tiktok, etsy, etc.

It has produced sales for me. Only issue I have had is 4 of the five recent sales flad as possible fraud but in the end are not. Not sure what is going on there. Also the $50 per day even though I was making sales mainly of one item I was loosing my profits since my margin on this product was only 10% it left me with little for the sales in the end as I spent over $400 as many days I had no sales. It is a tough decision as if sales picked up I would restart my campaign but as it was going when I crunched the numbers it wasn't producing enough sales for $50/ day cost.

When you have a product item that has a countdown timer to go live/public on your shopify website, the shop app doesn't adhere to those rules by hiding it. Those items are visible on the shop app, all the time, which can lead to selling before a certain start time, and potentially get your into contractual issues.

Also, the app will request your buyers by pushing notifications to their phones at really strange times, such as 2 am for an item they bought in store in person at 6pm.

I like the way everything seamlessly transitions from the shopify store over to shop and I'm getting some orders.

To be honest, if it weren't for your smart bot, Shopify would have been incredibly complicated and crazy. But thanks to your smart bot, all my questions were answered without wasting any time and the site was launched in the shortest possible time. I wonder what your customers were suffering from before AI, this is already a specialized and complicated task.
