I am very new to this app. So I do not have a lot of feedback as yet. For me it was relatively easy to install. I found the instructions OK to follow and it did not take a long time to complete. #JewelrybySandeGene

never had any probleme selling shoe on my boutique and all of a soudain received a message that it doesnt meet the requirement to use shop didnt thoug much bc i dont care not being promoted and now they closed my shop due to not meeting requirement

I AM REMOVING FROM MY STORE NOW! PLAYING AROUND WITH IT AND IT REFUSES MY PAY IN 4 PAYMENTS. THIS APP ALSO TRACKS EVERY ORDER I HAVE COMING TO MY HOUSE FROM OTHER COMPANIES IN WHICH I DO NOT USE SHOP PAY. KIND OF CREEPY AND IT'S MESSING UP MY ENTIRE CHECK OUT PROCESS.
I AM LEARNING THAT EVERY APP FROM SHOPIFY IS A JOKE!!!!! AND BLOCKS YOUR ACCOUNTS! NEVER USE THE INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK APP THEY OFFER OR MAIL!

Wish I could give 10 stars. I had a small technical issue and David in support took his time to understand it, work with colleagues and in five minutes it was fixed. Plus I've had 30% of my sales from the Shop channel so it works. Fantastic guys thank you!

I have no idea of the purpose of this app. I have added it to my shop but does anybody actually use it to buy stuff on?
We are based in the UK. Maybe it has more prominence in other countries?

Can't seem to install it. I click on the "Add App" button and it goes blank! Please help out so I can install this for my store!

This is the worst app, get ready to lose customers if you are installing this.....I got back t back chargebacks from customers, when i contacted the customers they accepted that yes they got the order but on their credit card bill there was no name of shop or business or no any such details...can you believe this idiocy?? Did shopify just launched a teenage app??? lastly, who authorized shopify to install these crap apps for no reason? I didn't install this app but i had no idea what was happening until i got screenshot by customer that there was no name of business or anything just random charges........I wish I could sue this app and those who install these apps on all stores without any knowledge of the merchant......

The Shop App and Sales Channel is a sales channel made and managed by Shopify to help stores reach customers on the mobile device market, while also expanding their brand exposure, and bringing in more sales to their business. This channel is auto-installed on stores that are eligible for Shop. Setup everything as needed. Store not appearing in Shop App. Please help!!! Not sure how to proceed as there is no contact info.

Thank you for writing your review and I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to see your store in the Shop app. Please be aware that it can take up to 24 hours for your store to appear in search results after you have set everything up, but there are other things that may prevent your store from appearing.

Your store must be on a paid plan, be using Shopify Payments to process payments, and have Shop Pay enabled. You'll also want to make sure that you have made products available to purchase on your store and that the password page is disabled.
