This app is causing a few problems for my customers, as it auto loads details in and processes orders quickly which some customers have found they miss things like the messages box etc on checkout.

It's really not that bad, all in all a good experience, I just wish they made they made setting up the pricing and shipping and taxes a bit easier without having to shell out 300+ dollars. Setting up each individual item to account for free shipping on our end is a real hassle, also if you have to publish new changes it can routinely encounter an error and it tells you to reach out to help desk, who is difficult to reach.

Doesn't easily say if you have a live campaign, duration, or a pause.

I'm not getting a lot of traffic from Shop. Is it because my store is not getting the right amount of exposure on this App?

The fact that we can't remove individual products from Shop is what makes me remove this app. There are some products that I need to be exclusive to my Shopify store, but there is no way to control that with the Shop app.

This would be a 5 star rating but until they import the vendor name (brand name) from the product. This is a KEY missing bit of information that NEEDS to be included asap. Shopify support was empathetic and submitted a ticket to the Shop App devs, will update this *if* it is ever added...
