The idea is great and is helping us increment sales. We would like the ability to filter on Size/Gender or the Tags that already live within the products on Shopify. Also, the Shop Cash offers could be a little more attainable. We should be able to set a 10% cost of sale target by using a CPA and MOV that aligns with that goal.

We had the app for a long time. But it recently restricted our account and asked us to install a password control or age verification app. We're selling hair care products!!! Why do we need a password control or age verification app to sell products for the hair????

As you mentioned in your review, your Shop account has been restricted.

As per our Shop Merchant Guidelines (https://shopify.link/LQpL), you cannot use any password control, or age verification apps. Some examples of these apps are: Advanced Registration, B2B Login Access Management, Locksmith, Login to View Price and MagicPass Deal Club and Wholesale. This is a requirement that your store needs to meet in order to appear in Shop. I have used this app for about a week. It shows a couple of people have looked at items in my store. I think in a few months I will have more data to give a more thorough review of the app. The one complaint I have is that my product thumbnails are cropped in a weird way on my store's profile, especially the landscape ones. This was surprising because the product photos look good on the mobile version of my store's website. Is there a way to update how the product thumbnails look on the Shop app without changing the look on my mobile site?

Shops are being removed from the marketplace and not given a chance. Waste of time and setup in learning this after the fact.

If you were deemed ineligible for certain features, you should still be able to install the channel. Your customers will continue to be able to take advantage of order tracking, viewing recent orders and seeing the available contact information for your business.

For any queries or concerns you have relating to any restrictions placed on your account, please reply back directly to the email you should have gotten detailing any legal issue, and the relevant team in question should be able to assist you further.

Decent app. However, as a seller I'd like notifications when customers review products, as it is currently I have to keep checking it. Maybe I'm missing something? Good app though overall
