The idea is great and is helping us increment sales. We would like the ability to filter on Size/Gender or the Tags that already live within the products on Shopify. Also, the Shop Cash offers could be a little more attainable. We should be able to set a 10% cost of sale target by using a CPA and MOV that aligns with that goal.
it's a good app. It helps bring customers and traffic to your page. would have loved it even more if there was a way to run ads and target those customers that are purchasing.
I give Shop 4 Stars because when my customers can't pay for there order entirely they can use Shop and get 4 equal payments to pay it off. Customers tend to like this arrangement.
I love the app, but it definitely needs more details on how to run campaigns and use it to improve sales.

I like the concept as it's a direct competitor to Amazon. I wish there were more marketing options.
So far its a great app but they havent finished it yet to be the 5 star best because there are few things thats needed. I hope in the near future they will make it the best marketplace ever.
Decent app. However, as a seller I'd like notifications when customers review products, as it is currently I have to keep checking it. Maybe I'm missing something? Good app though overall

Feel free to refer to this guide (https://shopify.link/6kox) to create a workflow. You can select "Shop Review Published" as the trigger and "Send internal email" as the action. So far so good... the only thing I would like to better understand is the Shop Cash Offers. The setup is confusing and more expensive than what I would like to be spending. We have a high AOV and it forces mins on the CPA amounts based on that AOV which makes it impossible to hit our ROI goals.
There should be a better way, other than manually, to input the product details that are already in the product description.
Good app now that we are able to submit responses to customer reviews. Always good to see both sides of a conversation.
