Shop makes it so simple and easy integrating the app with my store. I am fully confident in Shop's ability to help me keep current customers, attract new ones, and continue to scale my business.

Shop is informing our customers of "estimated delivery dates" at checkout. In the needlework industry, there is currently an industry wide shortage of materials that has been in effect since November/December of 2025. We can not guarantee these delivery dates to our customers when item may need to be ordered from our vendors and they themselves are experiencing delays of 6 months or more to receive product. There is no option on the Shop app to turn this feature off to stop misinforming customer and we keep receiving calls and emails asking why they haven't received their orders when the delivery date said such & such. This is a horrible feature! Please fix this so we can disable it!

Excelente aplicación, por fin podemos utilizarla en México. Es muy fácil encontrar los productos, hacer pedidos y dar seguimiento a las compras. La navegación es rápida, el proceso de pago es sencillo y me gusta poder revisar el estado de mis pedidos desde un solo lugar. La recomiendo totalmente para quienes compran con frecuencia en tiendas que utilizan Shop. Ha hecho que mis compras en línea sean mucho más cómodas y organizadas.

"SHOP" stole all of my profit on the 5 sales that I was able to get through this app. I read that the cost was $15.00 per new customer, not $15.00 per item they purchased which took way over the amount of profit I would have made. Do not trust this app if you do not have more than $15.00 profit in each item purchased. #Disgraceful! #Terrible app!, #Rip Off

Very good app, I adapted it to my shop and since then it has continued to grow my customers. I highly recommend it.

Shop is a secure, versatile shopping tool. You can find almost any product, especially those specially, smaller companies that have unique custom products- but may not have the large production facilities and huge amounts of inventory for Amazon. Shop is easy to use, stores your info, all to streamline and expand your shopping experience.

Well at first it was fine. Then i had a scammer do a charge back on me and from what i understand the banks don't investigate they just award the money to the scammer (fake customer). I was locked out of Shop because of it for several months. Now its back. I'm not sure how it works because Shop doesn't bring customers but I assume its good to have.

The Shop app has been a game-changer for my business. It has made it incredibly easy to expand my reach and connect with new customers who wouldn't have found my store otherwise. The interface is user-friendly, the integration is seamless, and it provides a fantastic platform for growing a brand. If you are looking to boost your visibility and attract fresh buyers, I highly recommend it!

I stopped my campaigns on June 15th, but I'm still getting charged. Your support told me that even when I turn a campaign off, I keep getting charged for the next 7 days or so, even though it's not running anymore. How does that work? If the ads aren't running, why am I still paying?
With Meta or TikTok, when I turn my ads off, I'm not charged anymore. Why is it different here?

On top of that, if I want to refund a customer, the sales tax that was collected doesn't get refunded to me either.

This is an awful app, and the way the ads campaigns are billed makes no sense. Please fix your campaigns and the bill charges, and make it right.
