I love Shop!

It was very user friendly.

Stopped accepting payment and support has been shockingly incompetent. No explanation, no support whatsoever.
Now considering alternatives to Shopify.

BEWARE! Do not use shopify If you dont wish to be in distress or have expectations of good customer service. They will just keep billing and freezing your account regardless a charge is rightful or not.

used to track items purchased, very useful and accurate. I know when my items arrive.

Great customer service, easy to use. We love your platform

All I can say, their support is the best! Just got help from one of their support and he is awesome. Give him a pay rise please!
