it was great and receiving orders then had a refund order on a fraud. which wasn't really a chargeback and explained to them but they still have not put us back on. I mean don't get it. disappointed

I had a store through a company with shopify and canceled my store the first week it has been 2 months at least now they are charging my card $39 a month can not get in touch with them no number or live chat in order to chat you have to open an account they are a rip off.

BEWARE! Do not use shopify If you dont wish to be in distress or have expectations of good customer service. They will just keep billing and freezing your account regardless a charge is rightful or not.

Shop (a Shopify Partner) is making zero effort to establish a proper timeline of when I would be eligible for Shop store. I've managed Shop Pay transactions the right way and was told I need to keep the number of chargebacks under 1% over the past 6 months. I've had 2 chargebacks that have already been resolved as soon as I was contacted about them. However, Shop is unable to tell me what my current percentage of chargebacks is or when they would drop. I've managed Shop Pay successfully over the past months but that mistake I made when I first added Shop Pay to my store is costing me opportunities to convert customers via the Shop Pay app. I won't be able to give a positive review unless this gets resolved as I've contacted support plenty of times, but no one is able to give me tangible info. It seems they have become very complacent.

This app is stupid. If you have chargebacks from your customers they punish you for that, how can they punish you for something you have no control over, its just stupid they way they do things ....after they take down your store from the shop app, it could take another 6 months before it gets back on . ... I don't even care anymore this whole app is just dumb.. I wouldnt advice anyone to take this seriously because they could take your store down at anytime for things you have no control of.........AGAIN THIS APP IS DUMB!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Their latest update is a complete disaster for merchants. I needed to charge tax on top of my prices for the USA, but thanks to their brilliant new system, taxes are now automatically deducted from my prices—completely eating into my margins.

I reached out for support 23 days ago. TWENTY-THREE DAYS. Multiple follow-ups, zero meaningful responses. Just a black hole of incompetence. How does a company running an e-commerce platform not prioritize fixing an issue that directly impacts sellers’ revenue?

I’m deactivating my shop and moving on. Shopify clearly doesn’t care about its merchants, only their own bottom line.

As a new entrant to the world of Shopify, I was eager to streamline my checkout process and offer customers the convenience of Shop Pay. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I discovered that I was unable to enable this feature without any explanation.

What baffles me even more is that countless newcomers like myself have successfully implemented Shop Pay without issue. So, why am I being excluded?

The lack of transparency and communication regarding the reasons for my rejection is incredibly disheartening. It leaves me questioning why I'm not being afforded the same opportunities as others in the Shopify community.

While I understand that not all applications can be approved, the least I expect is some clarity on the matter. Without it, I'm left feeling disillusioned and at a disadvantage compared to my peers.

Overall, my experience with Shop Pay has been disappointing, to say the least. I hope that Shopify can address these issues and provide equal opportunities for all its users, regardless of their tenure or experience.

They took my store down over 1 chargeback that I have had. It just so happened to be my first and only one. I was new to this and had no idea what it was or how to handle it. I know it now. Lesson learned. But, somehow it has left my website as a red mark on this app. So disappointed. I was hoping to be able to be allowed another chance.
