Good marketing tool to expand reach beyond what just a Shopify store alone does. Only wish that there was more ability to customize and less limits on number of products, categories, etc.
This APP causes more issues than it is worth. EVERY TIME I fulfil an order (in the UK) SHOP sends my customer a DHL (USA) tracking number to my customer causing so much confusion. The are no settings to prevent this and ZERO support. It's just simply awful.
It's awesome! We've gained a lot of new customers through the app. We've been looking for new ways to grow our business and this may be the ticket!
