Customer support is pretty good but there are still a few bugs that need to be worked out in regards to information showing in cart, checkout and the order.

Due to our app's ability to set independent prices for each option (add-on price), which is tied to Shopify's built-in variant, there is a distinction between the main product type and the variant type that is tied to the add-on price. Therefore, there will be a type indicator on both the shopping cart and checkout pages.
We have taken steps to hide the shopping cart type indicator, but the checkout page type indicator can only be modified by Shopify Plus stores, as this is not a bug but rather a design feature of the product. Anyway, we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Before trying Shopaw Product Options, I experimented with several similar plugins, but none of them offered the smooth functionality I needed. Given that I use a customized theme, I encountered numerous issues with other plugins.
