Worst support ever. Got the 24.99$ plan and they told me I have to pay extra money if I want to hide some stuff in the cart. When stands clearly the following on the 24.99$ plan: "Customize the features you require".
So a totally joke.
I worked to prepare all my products with their customisations. I wrote them like 4-5 times and got no solution, I waited 4-5 days as well to give them time to help me, and nothing. So I would definitely not recommend this app, unless you want to waste your time and money.
Sorry for your bad experience, actually before you unsubscribed from our app, we had responded to you internally that we had scheduled time to hide and translate the fields in your shopping cart. You may not have received the message we've replied.
And it takes 2 days to make the necessary changes, and our development schedule was not as fast. However, we have already applied for a free modification for you.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delayed communication, and if you are willing to give us another chance, we will make the modifications as soon as possible.
The product functions are quite complete, and it has solved my problems in customizing functions.
