Excellent Customization Tool & Support Team!
Shopaw’s product option feature is truly impressive. It handles even the most complex customization needs with ease—multiple layers of options, conditional logic, image previews... everything just works smoothly.
What really stands out is their amazing support. Anytime we had questions or needed help, the team responded quickly and solved the issues efficiently. If you're running a store with personalized products, this app is a game changer! Highly recommended.

Worst support ever. Got the 24.99$ plan and they told me I have to pay extra money if I want to hide some stuff in the cart. When stands clearly the following on the 24.99$ plan: "Customize the features you require".
So a totally joke.
I worked to prepare all my products with their customisations. I wrote them like 4-5 times and got no solution, I waited 4-5 days as well to give them time to help me, and nothing. So I would definitely not recommend this app, unless you want to waste your time and money.
Sorry for your bad experience, actually before you unsubscribed from our app, we had responded to you internally that we had scheduled time to hide and translate the fields in your shopping cart. You may not have received the message we've replied.
And it takes 2 days to make the necessary changes, and our development schedule was not as fast. However, we have already applied for a free modification for you.
