Shopbnb is a great way of showcasing your rental portfolio. It is very easy to use, the technical support is amazing, and constantly improving with new functionalities. I've been waiting for something like this on Shopify for a very long time, and I'm very excited to finally have it.

We recently used the Shopbnb plug-in for our Homestay booking website and we liked it a lot.

The highlight is the prompt support they provided us to understand and address our requirement. Would highly recommend them.

At the beginning it was a great experience.

Then, when I was trying to add more listings and really get ready to upgrade, it really sucked.

Nothing worked, super buggy, unable to add more listings, it said that I didn't have access to the account, but no why and no documentation to find out about it.

Customer support/chat sucks. No one ever responded on a timely manner.

It my opinion they have a good UI/UX team that practically copied a similar product that I am accustomed to, so that is fine. But dev team needs work on making this an estable product.

I am giving it a chance even though, but if this keeps happening I am going with a full SaaS services that integrates Airbnb and VRBO.

It has been super frustrating, but I just want to be done and have direct bookings.

J’ai passer un mois à éditer mon site sur l’application ce qui a été très long pour que au final l’application plante plus rien ne s’affiche. Sa charge sans cesse sur mon site mais ne marche jamais. Toute ma saison d’été est entrain de partir à l’eau à cause de cette application. En plus il n’y as aucun service client ou support aucun moyen de contacter le support je suis vraiment très énervée.
