Highly recommend this to any business looking to up their game when it comes to live chats/chat bots. Not only is the UI clean and easy to use, but the app itself is phenomenal and works exactly as it says. Looking forward to generating more revenue with this tool in our tool kit.
P.s: The support staff are super helpful! Replied within under a minute and fixed the issue immediately when installing and setting up. So polite and kind to talk with as well.

Ok so i was Looking this over, researched and tried a few GPT.3.5 on this app is free. So you dont have to pay while you work everything out. The support staff are very onto it, im Australian and have been going through Shopify for a year now. J was the staff member who handled me. And he did it with such reflection and dedication. Theirs option's for GPT4 i recommend if you have the spare money to chose the upgrade plan just due to the more human, like interaction 3.5 is last years,but it works fine for what i need it to do.

Plus, using it is very easy, so you can configure it with your store without any hassle. And ofcourse overall it helps you to boost your store revenue by recommending products and getting conversions. 100% recommended for shopify store owners.
Downloaded the app and set it up but then our search bar text changed colors so people couldn't see what they were searching for. Pretty bad issue that could cost someone a lot of money if they weren't paying attention. Luckily we found the issue super fast.
