Multiple stores copy is very useful; with shopify flow and other workflow apps, the workflow I designed can only be used in one store; but shopflex workflow can be copied to multiple stores only need to be designed once.

I am using this app to collect emails for future campaigns and I have generated sales from the email workflow. I had an issue with getting it set up and customer service team was super helpful. I would recommend this app to anyone. Thanks for your help.

I really like this app. It helps us track the fulfillment status and tracking ID of our store orders.

We used to receive many requests on asking the shipment status and we have to spent the time to reply the customers and now we can update the customers automatically with well enough tracking information and receipt.

Their customer support is a big PLUS coz they respond fast and accurately with any inquiries or help needed.

The Customer Service of this App is just horrible, asked many times for help, most time I didnt received an answer then they wanted me to buy a subscription otherwise they wont help me. Just an awful expirience!

You are running multiple stores and run out of usage limit. Since you don't have the intention to pay our service, so we can't provide a customized service for you.

But you can still use the tool and design workflows by yourself.

Just need a simple click to set up a. Also the user interface is extremely friendly and clear how to set up various workflow. I have connected 3 shops and I can copy and paste to apply all the workflows in same time.

Customer Support responds quickly and can even address complicated code questions if you decide to write custom code for their automation framework.
