If you are curious about this app watch a youtube video about but do not install until you have method to make it work for you! Oberlo is a way better platform! This platform is all over the place and lacks basic customer service! The app was not helpful to my store. This app needs a lot of work they really should make cancel the subscription an easy process. All they had as an option was to pause the subrition which would cost $12 a month. Clearly all they want is your money! There help center said as long as I delete the app then I will not be charged! I find that hard to believe because they also say if you do get charged i will need to contact them to get it resolved. Sounds like they are praying to trap someone who doesn't pay attention to there month charges. Why not just make the cancelation process a one click of a button process. All I'm saying is I better not get charged from this platform.

I'm sorry to hear that you found Dropified app and service lacking.

I see that you reached out to our support team via Live Chat regarding cancellation during your free trial period and were given exact instructions on how to cancel.

As with any app installed from the Shopify App Store, you can simply uninstall the app from your Shopify admin > Apps page to cancel the recurring app charge in Shopify. However, if you do get a charge on your Shopify invoice, it is likely because the trial period expired. In such cases, you can simply reach out to Shopify support to request for any possible refund since the charge is billed by Shopify.

It really is as simple as that! :)

As for your reason for cancellation -- we'd love to work with you to help determine how Dropified can be an asset to your business or otherwise properly cancel the subscription for you.

Overpriced and not a lot of use to anyone outside the U.S as most of the dropshippers are U.S based.
Back to the price. There are other apps that have very similar functionality for much less. If you're just starting out. I would say go elsewhere for less. If you're well established and earning, you probably don't need this app anyway.

With those points in mind, I fail to see who is going to feel cost over functionality is in good balance. There's a big enough strain on startup businesses as it is, without needing to find $47 every month, on top of all other costs involved. You can do better. This is overpriced

Dropified is PERFECT for someone who lives and work in USA or for those who use ALIEXPRES,but for Europe...
I am sorry i have to cancel my trial version,the platform is great
Maybe when you have a bigger list of suppliers in Europe i will come back.
Also for the future,PLEASE CONCENTRATE ON MORE SITES for updates,not just ALIEXPRES. Anyone who wants to start a dropshipping business needs this feature for the his suppliers. Having 500 products,lots of them with variants...Is imposible to track them all manually.

this is bullshit. i cancelled my subscription here and still got charged. this app only wants your money. dont try installing it or you will pay them even if you dont like it! Scammers

The app is very complete and does all it says. I firstly moved from Oberlo to DSers and regretted it deeply because that app is a mess. I then found Dropified and migrated to it, where I got everything setup quickly. I can say I am happy with the app and, especially, with the support received from Greg, who has been very responsive and resolutive even during the weekend. If you're installing the app fresh new and not migrating from Oberlo or any other, you can rely on it 100%. It is a 5-star app. However, I can't give it 5 stars because there is an issue with the product import from Oberlo:
If your products have several variantes, the migration won't keep the link to the Aliexpress variants (just to the Aliexpress product URL), so you will have to map them in Dropified or add them manually during the ordering process. If you had mapped variants in Oberlo, they won't be kept (Dropified will import the original Aliexpress URL even if the product is no longer available in it).

I had a trial and decided to cancel. I deleted the app and assumed everything was canceled. Unfortunately it was not and I was charged $47! I still haven't heard back about it. Also, it is very hard to use the icons are hard to understand.

This app is superior in a number many ways to it's competitors. However, it's missing some essential features.

Guys, please add:
1. Sortable fields to the saved products page, and include vendors!!!!! This is essential when you are looking at many vendors for similar products and need to collapse them down to as few vendors as possible. Really, its madness that you must go copy the vendor name from a product, then go back to list view, then go to filters and enter the vendor name, then apply.
and has a few bugs in it's chrome extension which can make AliExpress pretty painful sometimes causing you to have to refresh the pagination.

I canceled my membership with you the second day of the trial, and Uninstalled the app on Shopify. So WHY ON EARTH ARE YOU EMAILING ME ON MY SECONDARY EMAIL ABOUT BILLING? This app is not for me. You need to delete my credit card info NOW!

Hi Stephanie,

It seems you have a separate Dropified account that you didn't cancel with your "secondary email" which is why you received a billing email there.

We did see your multiple emails from that other account and have responded there.

The subscription on that other account is cancelled now, so you won't receive anymore billing emails.
