Dropified: AI Dropshipping

We use Dropified for both Shopify and WooCommerce stores. A great app to import products from various eCom platforms including AliExpress, Alibaba, eBay, Amazon. Highly recommended for this app for running one or multiple online stores on different platforms.

Kevin and the team are the BEST !!!!! They helped me BIG TIME with complicated acount issues and data migration to the new account. Some heavy lifting was involved and they took it upon themselve to fix everything. I'm truly greatfull for their service and support. Been using Dropified app since 2017 and never looked back. Awesome company wo work with. 5-Stars well desrved !!

I use this app to help me with my Shopify store such as adding products to my store from aliexpress.

I have used the Dropified App for approximately 6 years now. Very very happy with it! I do approx $1.5 mill in sales a year on my Shopify business and Dropified saves me SOOOOOO much time. I could never run my store without Dropified! Every time I reach out to Dropified for help, they are always helpful and get back to me ASAP. I recently had some issues, where Greg helped me. Greg was VERY helpful and walked me through everything, also sending me a video to better understand what I was doing. Thank you so much Dropified and Greg!!

Overall Dropified is a great app and I would not be able to run my business without it. The new API ordering is amazing and incredibly fast when it works right. Hats off to making it happen. It finally does work most of the time too and I'm confident that the long road getting here will have been worth it once all the last bugs are ironed out. I took one star off because the last few months were a struggle with many errors because Aliexpress updates broke many of the functions. The ordering process was a huge pain and very prone to mistakes. Luckily, this should be mostly a thing of the past now, but I wish it hadn't taken the better part of half a year to get here. Also bundle ordering (which was originally the main reason I switched to Dropified from Oberlo about 4 years ago) has never actually worked properly. I'll keep my fingers crossed that this too will be taken care of eventually. Customer service is fast and especially Kevin has been great understanding my concerns and working on solutions. Even with all the issues I have had in the past and some that are still being worked on, I would still recommend this app to anyone with a Dropshipping store. They are on their best way to earn that 5th star back ;-)

If you do dropshipping and want to grow your business. This app is a MUST. The app is awesome and the customer service matches.

I use this app for supplements I sell on several websites. The platform is the best there is. I use other POD supplement companies, and none of them come close. After it is all set up (which is super easy), it is fully automatic from when the order is placed to when it is shipped. I highly recommend it! Thomas

ABSOLUTELY NOT. We've used Dropified for years and loved it, but all of a sudden we'd have to give up 8% of product costs without notice. Terrible service found a better app already and are switching. NOT WORTH IT.

I have been using the Dropified App for 3 years and am definitely a fan of this App and the team behind it!

It takes those time-sucking tasks and makes them a cinch. I am very pleased with how seamlessly it imports products to my Shopify store. I particularly appreciate the speed with which you can place orders, almost in 1 click. Built-in tracking for orders, 1 click download to import customer reviews and a support team that is very responsive and super helpful (step by step instruction when required)!

This is the only platform I have seen that has a product bundling feature built in. There is the availability to have more than one supplier for a product that I don’t think any other app provides. If one supplier goes out of business or doesn't have supply there is another supplier already there without having to spend valuable time searching for a new supplier when it’s time to place the order. Dropified also has a great product alert system for changes in price or availability.

There is an image editor built in that is as powerful as Photoshop. It even has the ability to remove backgrounds which is an amazing addition. I love the feature where you can perform advanced editing to all the product images you get from Aliexpress inside Dropified app. Such a time saver! So you don't need to download the images to your computer, edit them, save them and upload them again to Shopify.

We've been able to hand over all the ordering, product research and loading products into Shopify to a VA who picked it up very easily (thanks to their handy training videos which are easy to understand).

With the easy to use app, outstanding automatic order fulfilling, awesome customer service, ability to import products from many sites, easy to create product bundling and so much more are the reasons that I definitely recommend this App!

If you are thinking of using Dropified. DON'T DO IT. I have been trying to make Dropified work for over a year now. I have watched every single tutorial and have contacted customer support several times. Only chat is available for customer support and they keep sending the same useless links over and over. My husband (software developer) has also tried to help me troubleshoot the problems. THE SOFTWARE DOES NOT WORK.
