We use Dropified for both Shopify and WooCommerce stores. A great app to import products from various eCom platforms including AliExpress, Alibaba, eBay, Amazon. Highly recommended for this app for running one or multiple online stores on different platforms.
This has been a nightmare experience. If you need to sync existing products in your store with your suppliers this is not the app. Importing new products seems to work okay if you want to start over. Since installing this app there have been significant delays in shipping out orders with our suppliers. Of course, none of this is their fault but ours. They cannot replicate it with newly imported products but the issue with existing products remains. For this price, the app greatly disappoints, and don't expect support to actually help. Our store is now a mess!

Painless product import
Kevin and the team are the BEST !!!!! They helped me BIG TIME with complicated acount issues and data migration to the new account. Some heavy lifting was involved and they took it upon themselve to fix everything. I'm truly greatfull for their service and support. Been using Dropified app since 2017 and never looked back.
