Easily add a terms and conditions checkbox to the Checkout, Cart, and Product page.
You can easily add checkboxes without touching any code. Simply edit the text and links in the editor. You can choose to display checkboxes on important screens where users need to agree, such as the member registration screen, product screen, or cart screen. There is also a feature to show or hide based on customer tags. Shopify Plus merchants can upgrade to the Plus Plan to display a consent checkbox at checkout. There is also a feature to show it only for specific products or B2B companies.

This is a simple yet powerful app that helps ensure you get customers to agree to buying terms before checking out. I had one small issue with the way it operated and contacted their support and they responded very quickly and worked on it till the issue was resolved. Its working perfectly now for us.
