I would give zero stars if I could. This app randomly causes stock to disappear without any clear reason, which completely disrupts inventory management. When I contacted the support team, it became clear they had no idea what to do. Instead of offering a real solution, they gave ridiculous explanations that made no sense and showed little understanding of how their own app works.
Their “fix” was for me to manually update every single bundle one by one—completely unacceptable for any business, especially one with a large catalog.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this app. It’s unreliable, and the technical support is completely unhelpful. I would not recommend it to anyone.
This app used to be perfect for my website until they changed everything. When I add a bundle product to an order it adds the components rather than the bundle itself. Additionally you can not add a product to more than one bundle. I'm not sure why these changes were made but they will cause me to not be able to use Shopify as the bundles app was crucial to the use of my store
App is brilliant except you CANNOT USE BUNDLES FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS!!
This is such a killer for us, as we want to allow our customers to purchase bundles on subscription.
You'd think this was a common customer requirement that Shopify would enable in the app.
PLEASE DEV TEAM ADD THIS ASAP
I really like how easy the app is to use but my biggest complaint and reason I'll be using something else is that you can't sell or advertise these bundles on anything other than your Shopify website - no Google, no Meta, nothing which is incredibly frustrating given that's literally the entire point. Developers need to get on this asap to make this better.
The products you create with the bundle will not fall out of your inventory. Is this a joke? You use the world's biggest e-commerce software. And the bundle application does not work properly.
Even the most ridiculous ecommerce software doesn't have a bundle inventory problem. I can't understand Shopify's negligence here.
Having built my infrastructure on Shopify from the beginning, I will continue to use it for a while. But if this nonsense continues, I will definitely delete it.
Imagine a company that directs you to paid applications for every broken infrastructure problem. Its name is Shopify.
Terrible App. Doesnt even work. We added the bundles and it always said products are out of stock eventho we had stock on all products. Shopify Support said its an issue with the theme which is a joke considering it has nothing to do with the front end and only with the backend. Absolute Joke
Erm, you can't advertise bundle listings on Google / Meta, they're not an option in the listings marketing. Now I'm confused what's the point in the app if you can't advertise your bundles?
Seems helpful at first, then you find the glaring issues that Shopify refuses to fix: You cannot sell bundled items on ANY sales channel including SHOPIFY POS! No FB. No Google. No IG. No Pinterest. The items simply do not migrate. Shopify support knows this problem. Because these issues directly and significantly impact sales, there are multiple blog posts regarding this issue. Shopify has not fixed it. Do not use this app.
You will spend a lot of time on it, designing, and editing your bundles, then you'll know that it's not working properly on shipping and etc.
WASTE of time
Unfortunately the current configuration of the Shopify Bundle app is not working properly.
The system treats products included in a bundle as a single entity, and as such, it does not support assigning individual images to each variant within a bundle.
So the app that should show variants of bundle, it is not displaying it = not working.
