Bundles that I've created, were initially working, suddenly without any apparent triggers begin showing 0 inventory/ availability, even though their constituent products are all in stock. If I go and edit the bundle, by removing a product, saving, and then re-adding the same product, and re-saving, then suddenly it shows the inventory again. It's always been doing this randomly since I installed it I noticed, but now, having been to busy to check in the last few months, I just discovered it was the case with all of the bundles in my shop. The impact being that these last months, no one could buy these products from us online.

RUBBISH!! So disappointed as I spent a whole day creating these bundles only to find out it doesnt publish to FB or Google sales channels (?!). Also, it messes up your packing slips as the bundles are not shown as bundles but as separate producs (lots of customer confusion). The worst app we have ever tried. Talked to support and they could - of course - not help.

This app is absolutely terrible.
What's worse, Shopify support on this app is even worse.

Bundles work fine for some time. Then one day, out of the blue, bundle inventory gets out of sync. And no more sales are possible.

I have a pretty simple bundle, with two products. Both in stock. The bundle product now shows inventory levels at 0.
I tried every possible workarround found on the web to force recomputing stock levels at the bundle levels with no luck.

Asking Shopify support was a desaster. Explained this very simple example four times, to always get the same suggestions: make sure all products are in stock.
Exhausting.

This is very disappointing to see Shopify doesn't seem to care about its this app (and its users). I haven't read previous comments, but seeing how many posts I found on the internet about this "Shopify Bundles" app, I know for a fact I'm not the only one having issues with it.

Absolute rubbish. Spent hours creating new bundles only to find out that the new bundled products can't be published to FB or Google sales channels. What good is a product on a website if you can't market it!!!

This is more of a review of what I was told it would do. In shopping around for a new POS, our Shopify salesperson assured us we could use Bundles as a tool to receive inventory, as our inventory often comes in packs to be broken down. Shopify only allows one barcode, and because we use more than one barcode, one for the item and one for the package, she assured us that we could use this in Stocky to receive bundled merch. It was a lie. But she did sell us on Shopify POS. I really wish we had gone with someone else.

The limits are to great to consider this app.

You can only have 3 variants or 100 options.
For stores with large bundle options, this doesn't make sense for " large catalogs".

It's not a product page so I cant push bundles to other platforms, so google shopping, amazon or ebay I cant sell the same " kit/bundle"

Good idea, but not what consuming like us need by the reviews.

The idea is great to combine individual SKU's into bundles but the app works only when both the individual SKU's are showing same qty. Even 1 sku goes down by 1 number, the bundle shows that combo as not available instead of showing the minimum available qty of any sku in the bundle as the combo qty.
Hope this is sorted out. Uninstalled as it lead to our combo's showing out of stock most of time.

Bundles don't work with my theme anymore. They used to work with the theme before the latest Shopify update in December. Shopify won't support it by fixing the issues and says it's my theme's problem, effectively saying we have to hire a developer to make our theme work with this app, basically a no-go. Not really a usable option and not worth the time to test out until Shopify decides to support it.

The app will show the bundles as OUT OF STOCK on Collection pages if you don't select the option to "sell when it's out of stock"... It means you CAN'T MANAGE THE STOCK!! I lost 3 days trying to solve the issue with SUPPORT TEAM, but was useless... Ridiculous!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. This app randomly causes stock to disappear without any clear reason, which completely disrupts inventory management. When I contacted the support team, it became clear they had no idea what to do. Instead of offering a real solution, they gave ridiculous explanations that made no sense and showed little understanding of how their own app works.

Their “fix” was for me to manually update every single bundle one by one—completely unacceptable for any business, especially one with a large catalog.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this app. It’s unreliable, and the technical support is completely unhelpful. I would not recommend it to anyone.
