Heel eenvoudig om bundels te maken. Vooral de automatische aanpassing van de voorraden van de aparte producten vind ik super.
App is good in theory.
However, there is no possible solution to bundling products that already have their own packaging (ex. 2 boxes, one for each product) and Shopify creating 2 shipping labels since both product box weights are different, It will only create 1 shipping label for the first product listed in the bundle and doesn't make one for the second product in the bundle. I can see this working for a cosmetic brand that will pack their own boxes with products but not with brands that have their packaging pre-existing. I believe it would be as easy as creating 2 bundle SKUs, one for each product in the bundle.
I have contacted support multiple times for this feature to be looked into. Frustrating for such an easy fix, would love to see this feature added!
Did this really just create another product...One page at a time? I can see that I can take one variant and combine it with the variants on another page. But all my products have variants. So I don't need to make 20 new product pages for each variant to bundle with the other variants. This clutters up my clean and easy to navigate site. No reason to lie here. We always hope the updates make our store owner lives easier. I can't see this one helping. bummer. I guess I'll keep using the X & Y discount code, which also should allow for a specific price amount discount to make an exact price bundle (only allowing percentages or BOGO free is limiting when you are trying to discount exact amounts.) We still have a ways to go on making bundles easy, what seems to be a very basic option. I'm disappointed.
Hi, thanks for your feedback on Shopify Bundles. As part of our recent bundles launch we also launched a curated collection of third-party bundle apps that have recently updated their apps to provide support for additional bundle types (including mix-and-match), that allow multiple variations of products in a bundle, and also provide some of the same benefits as Shopify Bundles, including direct integration to Shopify admin and real-time inventory syncing. You can expect this curated collection to grow as more of our bundle app partners update their apps as well: https://apps.shopify.com/collections/functions-bundles?itcat=summer-23-editions-page&itterm=BundlesApp1P-Featured-Inline
Really keen to see some more enhancements on this app. It works pretty well however there are some key elements missing.
1. NO ability to report on anything related to the bundle performance (and I mean ZERO). e.g Which bundle is selling best? What contribution of sales are coming from bundles? So if you want ANY visibility on how these bundles are tracking, you won't find it. We have spoken with support and they have confirmed this. Something to note before you are installing.
2. It is very easy to use, its quicker to set up!
3. Stock is easy to manage, no issues with inventory.
4. NO ABILITY TO REPORT *its a huge downfall
5. No ability to use any 'sort by' feature for your product category (if containing bundles)
Hi, thanks so much for your feedback on the Shopify Bundles app! Our team is currently working on development related to reporting, so stay tuned.
GOOD APP
Excited to see this expand and evolve, but we can't use it as it stands now. We're revisiting this app in the future and hopefully some of the cons here will have been worked out.
Pros:
1- Auto price calculation and updating.
2- Might provide more accurate stock or less discrepancies ( which happen already very rarely with the other bundles app we use).
3- You can see that the line items are bundles in Shopify. You can't see this in the other app we use.
Cons:
1- Can't show in any sale channel except online store, no POS and no IG social media. So it's affecting instagram marketing.
2- The line item "type" takes the "type" from components and doesn't have its own. This causes issues with our email flows so people don't receive an associated email we have set up. Changing the product type or tags on the components would affect all of our other collections conditions.
3- Stock tracking and adjustment history and committed orders don't show on the kit line item which makes stock investigations a bit more complex.
4- App feel like a work in progress features-wise
5- Bulk edit doesn't work on some of the features so we have to use another app for edits like the weight.
6- Can't be used on a pre-existing line item which means we would have to re-do ALL existing bundles. The investment of this work is high.
7- Printed invoices don't reflect that the customer has bought a bundle so it makes pulling and organizing orders harder (especially if it's a launch with bundles from different pulling locations in addition to non-bundled items).
Unfortunately, it doesn't include the "compare at" feature normal products do so a sale price cannot be added - you would expect to make a saving on a bundle, so I think this has been overlooked...

Long time in the making, but finally a bundle solution from Shopify!
Works pretty well and it's always better to use the native apps in my opinion.
Only things that I would like to see added as a matter of urgency:
1. Dynamic compare-at-price and SKUs, currently only the "price" is dynamically added together. Would like for the other two to pull through as well ideally. Could also do with some styling, symbol or different colour to show they are dynamic and linked to the bundle components. (Then allow people to decide whether they want dynamic or to input their own.)
2. Allow certain components to be "required or not required" so say you had 3 products, the first 2 could be required, and the 3rd could be an optional extra with the default setting being something like "Not required"
3. Allow drag and drop re-ordering of the components in the bundle app.
4. Allow the ability to show/hide the actual components on the bundle page, currently the components only show if they have variants, might be nice to allow all of the components to show regardless of variants.
Let's hope they keep updating this app and improve it going forward!
Very good feature for a multiple products store.
