So far the app is working well for our use. I would rate more in the 3.75 range. The app desperately needs reporting, conversions, repeat buys by customers and other cart stats would be very helpful in helping us determine how the bundle is working vs the performance of the individual items. You can do that on your own, but that requires combing thru orders . Since the bundles have their own SKU anyway, why not also include them in the same reporting other products get?
One huge issue we are having with bundles! We are both a Online and POS customer, but the bundles app does not allow any of these bundles to be used in the POS brick and mortar store. Very ...very confusing for the customers who buy online and then pickup-in-store. They show up...want to buy another bundle and we then have to manually recreate the bundle thru discounts. This can get very messy when dealing with other discounts.
Please, please, please fix this Shopify!... it only makes since for Bundles to be able to work from E-store to POS.
Good... but being limited to 10 items in a bundle is a slight problem. Please can you look to increase this number.

I liked the app. It is easy to create set of products. However, image aggregation part does not look ready. You can not select the photos from variants. You need to upload photos separately. Tough, it is worth to try.

This app is excellent. It is user friendly and has so many integration options. This app is always updating and keeping its users abreast. I love the free courses and events offered in the app. I've learned a lot about e-commerce through Shopify, because I came in more clueless than I'd like to mention.
Simple and effective. However I can't seem to create orders I had some orders come through but it won't create the order. Its missing some key features.
Very useful feature and glad it is offered for free as part of the price of paying for Shopify subscription.
Does not work in all sales channels, specifically the shop channel and this causes us major issues.
The bundles API only transfers the contained products, but no information about the bundles they belong to. This results in invoice-creation-apps like Billbee and Pickware not displaying the bundle-name on our customers invoices. Also the automated pricing for the contained products is inacceptable.
This app makes no sense? With multiple sizes and colour variants it seems to expect you to be able to predict customer choices and load accordingly? Ludicrous. You need to be able to load all the colours and sizes of one set of items and then enable them to be bundled with another set of items (of your choice in size and colour)?
Why do you make Apps that don't make sense?
The app is nicely laid out, however, pricing is a big issue. When pricing is updated for the child products, it does not automatically update on the bundle page. You have to go into the bundle product and hit 'Save and Continue' to get the pricing to recalculate. Clearly the code is in place for the bundle product pricing to calculate off of it's child products - it needing to be triggered manually is incredibly clunky and is ineffective for stores updating pricing via imports.
