This app has great potential, and its existing features already perform well. However, there are two critical issues holding it back:

1. It currently doesn’t support integration with Facebook and Google sales channels, which is absolutely essential for e-commerce nowadays. You promised to implement this "soon" in early 2024, we're now in the second half of 2025 and still nothing.

2. When a bundled product is ordered, only the individual components are visible in the backend, the original bundle itself is missing from Shopify’s own packing slips, no invoicing apps can see it, and no third-party shipping or fulfilment services can see it. This creates significant confusion and inefficiency. Passing on the original bundle product information is vital for seamless operations.

Please address these issues, and you’ll definitely earn a 5-star rating!

Right now the bundels don't work like intendet. A few months ago it worked like a charm. My customers can't put the bundels in to the cart and if they can, the shop denies to purchase all products of a bundel after a random number of prducts (every time the same number per product). This is unaccaptable. Please fix this asap.

While it's a free app, it should be as it's virtually useless. The limit for products is way too low, and the the bundle functionality doesn't actually work - it just line lists out skus that make up the bundle with individual pricing. I'm not sure what the point of this app is, but go elsewhere.

Currently, the Bundles app does not allow bundles to be directly published to Facebook and Instagram sales channels due to its reliance on variant-based structures, which complicates syncing. This limits merchants’ ability to promote bundles effectively on social media. I suggest enabling bundles to be treated as standalone products with dedicated product pages that seamlessly integrate with Shopify’s social media sales channels. This would ensure bundles are shoppable directly on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, improving the customer experience and boosting sales.

Zero-Option Variant Support:
The app lacks the ability to create a "zero-option" variant, where customers can choose to purchase a bundle with or without specific products (e.g., buy Product A alone or with Product B). Adding this feature would give merchants more flexibility to offer customizable bundles while maintaining a streamlined product page. For example, allowing customers to select a standalone product or a full bundle within the same interface would enhance usability and meet diverse customer preferences.

Bundles that I've created, were initially working, suddenly without any apparent triggers begin showing 0 inventory/ availability, even though their constituent products are all in stock. If I go and edit the bundle, by removing a product, saving, and then re-adding the same product, and re-saving, then suddenly it shows the inventory again. It's always been doing this randomly since I installed it I noticed, but now, having been to busy to check in the last few months, I just discovered it was the case with all of the bundles in my shop. The impact being that these last months, no one could buy these products from us online.

It is fine for basic use if you have less than about 35 bundles. They really need to add a feature for updating the price when a constituent product price changes. If you have a small store and are starting out, it will work.

Seems really nice at the beginning but it is really limited and many stuff is not working as it should. I wanted to sell a bundle of 3 posters with 3 sizes but i ended up with 27 variants to update the price as i wanted to sell the bundle for less than the indivual price combined. Yeah instead of being smart and take the individual price of each size and calculating the total during item selection, it creates a variant for each possible combination. It's insaine !!!
I just wanted the customers to select a set of poster of the same size not a combination of any size for any poster so only 3 variants but it is not possible despite what the chatbot told me...

when you add a new colour variant to a product included in a bundle, it breaks the bundle

When you create a bundle, it sets the price based on the chosen products.
There needs to be a feature for when an underlying product has their price changed, the bundle can also be updated with a one click button, or a toggle to allow this. Having to manually update pricing for these is incredibly cumbersome.

it doesn't work! We make bundles of for example 5 products and only 3 of them get into the basket of the customer. This app is horrible, we put in so much work in it and then suddenly it doesn't take the products, this is so frustrating! Why do you publish this app if it doesn't work yet?
